Bridgejumper Challenge

Inspired by this thread: http://www.paceadvantage.com/forum/s...ad.php?t=45721

This is a contest open to all. No signups required, just post your selections. The premise is simple: make minus pool show bets and try to post a profit. The contest will run for as long as people remain interested, but in order to successfully beat the challenge, you must have made at least 50 selections. Be as selective as you like... there is no time limit. Make one play a week, or one play a month. You can make one play a year, but just make sure your kids finish out the contest for you.

Rules:

1 - Show bets only

2 - Must be a minus pool situation. That means a $2.10 payoff, or a $2.20 payoff at tracks with a $2.20 minimum (like CT and MNR).

3 - If the payout is more than the minimum, the bet is cancelled and will not be counted

4 - No bragging rights until at least 50 selections have been made.

5 - Contest starts NOW

Revised rules #2/#3:

Need not be a minus pool situation. If the payout is not the minimum, the bet will not be cancelled, but rather you will be credited with the minimum. In other words, it is as if YOU are the bridgejumper and created the minus pool situation yourself.

The "how to" would be to bet against them... this contest is somewhat contrarian to how most people would approach it.

you really shouldn't refuse to join in, never mind the shallowness of the pool.
